Remote Support
If you are experiencing issues with the LIFE Automation Panel, our support team may request to connect directly to your computer using our Remote Connection Utility to diagnose your problem.
Using the Remote Connection Utility
The LIFE Automation Panel includes our Remote Connection Utility, a customized tool that allows spontaneous remote support with our support team. A technician can connect and control your computer remotely, in order to diagnose problems and troubleshoot.
Open the LIFE Automation Panel.
Locate the menu bar at the top of the screen. On the left side, click on the Help menu.
Click Remote Support.
The BWC Remote Connection Utility will open with an Internet ID and Password. Provide these details to the support technician to start the remote support session.
